We just want to say thank you so so much for the
most incredible wedding catering! The amount of
guests that have said to us it's the best meal they've had at a wedding is incredible. We can't thank you and the team enough for all of your work, it means so
much to us that our guests enjoyed the day. And we all know how important food is!!
The service was top standard and it just made our day run so smoothly. And you even helped me navigate the stairs (photo
attached from photographer Ross!). We knew upon meeting with you and sampling the
food that you were the caterer for us, and we will not hesitate to recommend you.

Just wanted to drop you a message saying how lovely our visit to Earls Hall was this weekend. We are both beyond impressed at the venue and I personally cannot wait to walk down the aisle in the Walled Garden next year.

You are a total expert in everything you do, I had no idea what to expect coming along the road but I have to say that from the moment we arrived I just fell in love with the venue. You communicated so well and really accommodated everything we asked for, I cannot thank you enough for helping us budget our dream wedding. Your team is fantastic.

Hi Scott!
WOW. Just wow. We knew the food was going to be fantastic but still you totally smashed it. Every single guest has nothing but praise for the food!! It was amazing seeing everyone bringing back totally stacked plates of food. Genuinely don’t think I heard anyone complain! We’ve had particularly high praise for the teriyaki noodle broth and the bao buns - they were a huge hit from the canapés. The pizza, chilli and biriyani were also very popular from speaking to guests. I think some people are still in disbelief at how awesome the set up was!
Another huge hit was the bean bags at the kids chill out space! They were an excellent addition to our hire and I know the kids loved them. All of the pieces we hired from you were fab.
The whole team were an absolute delight to chat to. They really went above and beyond to make sure our guests were well looked after. We really appreciated this!

Huge thank you for being such a vital part in what we reckon was the best day ever. It really wouldn’t have been the same without working with you!

Just a quick note to thank you and your team for the effort you put into the catering at Hannah & Cameron’s Wedding at Kinkell on 29/12. A wedding in the middle of a worldwide pandemic is not easy and catering must have been a challenge. Many of the guests were not accustomed to plant based food and I honestly believe that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. . The variety of dishes was superb and the street food concept was brilliantly delivered. My personal favourite was the Red Lentil Dhal.
The canapés were incredible , I particularly liked the noodle soup!
The number of guests going back for seconds and trying other dishes was a delight to see.
You and your team were excellent taking time to explain to those who asked about the ingredients
The sweets were incredible .
All in all the Wedding Breakfast was just superb.

Venue, August '21

We came to view Earls Hall at the weekend to see what it has to offer as a wedding venue. We really thought we were set on a venue until Earls Hall completely blew us away and changed all our plans! It’s the most perfect setting for a wedding venue and Scott and his team are total experts in what they do and really made us feel at ease.

We can’t wait to celebrate our big day here!

Firstly I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to you and your staff. On the day they were beyond fantastic. Going well over and above the call of duty. Each staff member really surpassed my expectations by helping with everything.. including assisting with bringing the food upstairs and massively helping with the on going tidying up. I've been meaning to email you since the day. Sorry! Honeymoon, life, straight into house extension etc etc.... I've not finished the thank you letters to guests yet either!
You really were exemplar and saved the day. It turned out amazing and that is in part down to you. Please extend my thanks to all the staff who helped. I will never forget and I will constantly recommend you to others.

Hi Scott,
How are you? I hope you are well.
I am so sorry we have not emailed sooner. Straight after the wedding we had a few family days and then went off on our honeymoon and only got back to London on Monday night.
We just wanted to once again say thank you so much for everything. If I am honest, we both found the whole lead up to the wedding very stressful, really not knowing if we would be allowed to go ahead or not. I know we were total divas changing the wedding date so last minute, and we are so grateful for you guys being so flexible and making it all happen for us. Turns out we made the right decision as Rowley's parents and sister's county went into lockdown the next week so wouldn't have been able to make it.
The food was just fantastic, thank you so much. Everything was perfect, and everyone kept commenting the next day about how delicious it all was! The tables, chairs, service (your son was fab!), etc was all perfect too. You were very supportive and just put us at ease throughout this whole process (on top of delivering a fantastic meal on the day). I honestly can't thank you enough for making our day so special.
If we can do anything like write a review, or chat to any potential clients who want to speak to a client of yours please just let us know. We have been raving about you to all of our friends and family, and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Scott and his team did the catering for our wedding in November 2018, I say catering, however Scott and his team really took care of the whole day from beginning to end. The food was fantastic and Scott himself acted as master of ceremonies to ensure smooth running of the wedding.
When John and I decided to get married we left ourselves only 9 months to organise and plan our day, and we both wanted to have the reception on one of Johns farms. Organising a wedding at home in a short timescale came with a lot of added work and pressure, however as soon as we spoke to Scott he put our minds at ease. Scott gave us lots of valuable advice on planning the wedding day and shared ideas on how to decorate our venue. In addition to this, Scott assured us that he would be on hand to ensure the day would run smoothly from start to finish. This promise to us alleviated so many of our worries about having a wedding at home and we knew then he was the one to hire!
When it came to choosing a menu Scott worked with us to pull a menu together that incorporated our favourite foods as well as local suppliers which added to our unique day. The food itself on the day was fantastic and In fact many of our guests are still reminding us how much they enjoyed the meal as well as reminiscing on the canapés - which everyone loved! We had 126 guests at our wedding and everyone was served quickly and efficiently.
The day to day running as Scott had promised, ran smoothly and efficiently. Everything was on time and the venue was looked after and ran by Scott’s team all day. This meant that John and I could relax and enjoy the day without worrying about all the work in background such as generators, heaters, rest rooms and candles. Scott and his team managed everything on the day.
The next day Scott and his team were back again to host ‘the day after the night before party’ where we had a further 160 guests at the farm. Despite a late night the evening before Scott’s team were on hand first thing ensuring the venue was turned around for the party. The food again was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We couldn’t recommend Scott’s catering services highly enough!

Hello Scott,

You’re probably hiding behind a dark curtain as I’m sending you another bloody email! Please, read on!
I want you to know how much we appreciated your hard work for us over last weekend.
The Thursday night family supper was great and everyone enjoyed.
The Friday night BBQ was brilliant! All 36 of us had a ball with great food/drink and craic. It was great you could come and meet with everyone. I hope you enjoyed.
The Wedding Breakfast, welcome, reception and toasts etc was fabulous and all attending guests said your meal was the best ever they’d had at a wedding. I always thought they’d say this and I’m pleased they do! The canapés were fantastic. You did us proud. Thank you.
Who knew I’d get the last email (unless you do otherwise!)?
That said it is very important to me that you know how very much I appreciate and value your hard work, the quality of the food you provided and how much I appreciated your attention to us over the 3 nights. You have a great team and I hope you will thank them on our behalf for their support which was well delivered and much appreciated.

After a year of trouble from venues, bridal shops, bands, make up artists and other things relating to the wedding have been left wondering why anyone would want to get married and nearly called the whole thing off risking losing thousands of pounds, I met Scott and he has restored my faith. he is a genuine down to earth person with a focus on making me feel like a special bride to be. I get married next year but my experience with him has been outstanding and relax knowing he will be taking care of everything on the day. He has answered any questions and not pushed me into anything.

His customer service skills are second to none. Thankfully I have him for our wedding and have trust he will make our day special when it comes.

Hi Scott,

We both would like to thank you so very much for everything you have done for us and to make our special day so wonderful. From the first point of contact you have always been so helpful and really helped to make us feel as though we could pull this off. You put together a menu which was everything we asked for and more and we have had so many comments on how good the food was, particularly the pies. (which I missed in my adrenaline fuelled busy evening haha)

We know it was a difficult menu to adapt for so many dietary requirements but you did a fab job and everyone who had anything special commented on how lovely it was and really enjoyed their food.

Your team of staff were wonderful too, so polite, helpful and just lovely.

I could go on all day but many many thanks I would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat.
